- 1 lb. Clams (steamed)
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Of melted butter
- 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Fresh parsley (for serving)
To prepare, follow the steps below:
- Begin by splitting your clams shells, keeping one half with the steamed clam and discarding the other.
- Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, prepare your stuffing mixture.
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped garlic, and cheese. Once the ingredients are well mixed, spoon the filling onto each clam with a tablespoon.
